Christmas Break

For Xmas break I’m going to go to my other house in Peoria about 300 miles away from here. The whole two weeks in the house, you know like house sitting. My family is going to visit me and two of my brother every weekend to make sure how we’re doing. It’s going to be so much fun! Keep in mind to not stay in your house all day on the couch watching tv. To keep a school mindset you could do Xtra Math, DreamBox, blog, or even do some homework you need to do. I can’t wait for Christmas, it’s right around the corner!

Insentive Day

Guess what’s happening on the 21st? That’s right insentive day, and going to it! I managed to get the room I really wanted which is the tech room. I feel bad for the people who can’t go or didn’t get the room they chose because it was full. The reason why I chose the tech room is because I have 4 games at my house that I have to go trough and it takes about an hour in the middle of school. I think insentive day is a really good idea to motivate people to try and get better scores so they could enjoy an hour of free time. In my head it was either the Kahoot room or the tech room but I picked tech room, Kahoot is really fun for me and it pumps me up every time I play it.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness, the action or process of being forgiving or being forgiven. It’s good for being forgiving because it makes you a better person. It makes the other person not begin to have a grudge on you. If you’re being forgiven, you feel better about yourself for whatever you’re being forgiven for. It’s a pure word like the other word, honesty. It cleanses the badness you think of yourself after you did something somebody has to forgive you for, vis virsa.

Honesty

Honesty, the most pure word in the world. Honesty: a word when your telling the truth. Sure there might be some white lies in a while but those won’t cause chaos. Like  “Hey Sally, the popcorn is orange,” when it was really ivory. I think it’s good to be honest because if you lie it will make you lie for that lie and so on, your in this cycle of lying until you start lying about everything. I’m going to give you an example: like telling your mom your going to the library with your friend and going with their mom, vis versa, and end up going to the library on your own, this is really specific. Anyways being honest is good, it makes you feel good, it cleanses the bad thoughts in your mind.

MAP Testing

Map testing is ok but mostly boring. You have to do the test which is complicated, once you’re done you sit there for 2 hours waiting while reading. You can’t move around unless you’re getting something or showing something to the teacher. Anyways the first test I’ve done so far is math. It was easy because I honestly think I’m really good at math, so does my family. I was “racing” through the questions, they were easy by the way. I was trying to reach a score of 230 but I didn’t make it, I was close though. I honestly think map is going well for me. Guess what happened on the reading test, i gained 12 points! I took my time and ended up getting a way better score. Once i finished i was so happy to see my new score. It was medium hard if that’s even a thing, ok it was both easy and hard but mostly easy but i took time and effort on each question. Last but not least Language Arts, I got 3 more points than the last test, I’m so happy! I noticed that on every score I got the quarter it’s above 6 grade!

Slice of Life #2 My pet Bunny

I have never told you about my pet bunny, right? Well one day I was in my cousins ranch. They have animals like chickens, peacocks, horses, maybe 1 or 2 pigs and BUNNIES. There was so many baby bunnies maybe like 38 bunnies. So I kept looking at them, feeding them, and giving them water for about 30 minutes. I loved those bunnies. I say loved because we left afterwards but once we came back there was only about 4 bunnies, keep in mind it was about 2 weeks afterwards. I asked where they were and he said that they died... on the inside I was destroyed, I’m exaggerating a bit but I LOVED them. About 2 hours later I was eating and a man with a bag had something in there. I knew there was something in there because it was moving. I asked him what it was, guess what I find. A bunny! It was a beige small bunny. Guess what he said? “I’m going to eat it.” I kinda freaked out because I yelled “WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!” I said sorry and he said “You can have him.” After he said that, I begged my parents and they said no. I said “Can I at least take care of it until I have to go?” He said yes. I don’t know what changed my parents mind but when we had to go they said you can keep him. Once we went into the house I loved him and fed him and cared for him. But one day he escaped and we lost him. Ok so this is what happened, whenever my dad works outside he leaves the doors he opened, opened. I guess he opened the door where the bunny was, it escaped and he lied to me saying “It’s because you didn’t love him.” I swear that was a lie on its own. I cried but I guess he has a family now. Last but not least him name was Dumper.
