End of Year Feels

Some of my accomplishments include, SOL18 challenge, and being able to buy the White Sox field trip. Regrets? Maybe. I do regret trying to join Cross Country. I never even went. I just avoided it. I even started lying about it to my mom. I told her people went to the gym to see if they got accepted and I didn’t. I think that’s the only regret. Oh wait no, when I wasn’t here on a Monday where they watched a movie. I don’t have any goals for 7th grade right now.

Pablo’s Poems

Nature
The breeze going through my face,
Going all over the place,
The changing of the season,
There’s obviously a reason,
After the fireflies glow,
Falling from the sky is snow,
Now it’s fall,
The perfect time to play with a ball,
The sun might have a plot,
Making the weather so hot, hot, hot!

Beach
My favorite place to be,
Beach,
The calmest place by sea,
The waters cold,
“To have fun.” I was told,
Picking up shells,
Listening to them as if they were bells,
Beach

3 Positives For This Week

One positive of this week is that MAP will end this week. Another positive is that Mrs.Coalson will maybe give me a seal squishy I’ve wanted for over years. YEARS. If she gets the package and it contains a seal squishy I’m getting it because I reserved it. Maybe she’ll get it this week. The last positive of this week is that Delilah is getting a squishy as well.  But I reserved the seal first so if it’s there I’m getting it. And if Delilah doesn’t get a seal squishy she’ll get a different squishy.

MAP Testing

Why do we have to take MAP, a lower grade test after PARCC? Ok to be real here I’m excited for it so I can finish with big tests for the year. I want to hget it over with but I don’t want it to come. Maybe there will be an insentive if you gain points on two of them again? Back on the PARCC schedule why is it befor MAP. Pearson was like “Oh ok, let’s make it harder for the students because they haven’t learned anything on statistics! What a grand idea, making the students fail on that category will make the better students and try to persevere through it!”

“50th” Blog Post

i have way over 50 blog posts because of the SOL18 challenge. I got all 31 days. I have I think 81 blog posts. Even then I feel proud. Each blog post I’ve done takes about 8 minutes so imagine how much time I’ve put into Blogger. I honestly feel like Blogger has improved my skills with quick thinking, writing, and by allowing me to type faster. It was really fun to express my creativity over the year. Overall I enjoyed what prompts Ms.Haury’s given us.

SOL Field Trip

Ok so the field trip was so much fun because of my best friend was there, Ariani. On the field trip I got to type with a typewriter and smell a couple things. But most importantly the stories me and Ariani wrote. There are currently 3 stories so far, Horse, Chops, and Bananas. This is Horse, I ran downstairs as fast as I could, hearing footsteps behind me. I went inside the dryer for a hiding spot. They kept walking, was it real or just my imagination? He was looking for his pet ramen noodles and threw up out of nowhere. He called my name, “Horse, Horse! Bring me feud!” He blew up. Before he died he spoke a weird speak, “Huhuhuhuehuehuehueheuhue!” As well did I exploded. And that’s the story of my life. So that was Horse and this is Chops, I was in the school bus. I starved because I had no food. I was the one children on another bus. I’m magical. I eat and cut the school buses Titanic Style. The two sides of the bus fell down. And I flew, “Yaaaaaas!” *Singing* “I flew into the clouds, as I exploded, bye myself I lie to fly in my kiiiiiite!” Have I mentioned I know how to karate chop da chops? I chop for pops and eat the cops. That was Chops and the last one is Bananas and here it is, “Nooooooo!” “My mom has bananas!” She dropped my burger with a banana on it. I was so mad and threw it at her face! I rubbed butter in my eyes to make them fantabulous as well as glimmering. I can’t wait to eat my clothes! They were sooooooo good! They tasted like lavenders from the detergent. I licked myself and said out loud, “I taste like a tide pod.” I go to the TV and say, “Notice me senpai!” And the TV turned on, I got excited and ate the fridge. Next thing I know my bananas are eating me. Since I ate the fridge, why not eat the house? My mom won’t mind, right? It’s time to eat the house, my knees, and the floor. And that were all the stories me and Ariani wrote.

Analyzing A Song

My favorite song right now is “La Vida es un Carnaval.” The “moral” of the song is to enjoy life no matter what might bring you down. I really enjoy listening to it, it makes me smile whenever I do. It tells you how you shouldn’t live your life in sorrow and to enjoy it and to sing. The first lines are really meaningful as to what you might think is unfair and to get over it and to enjoy the earth we live in. Which translates to "Anyone who thinks that life is always cruel, has to know that it is not like that, that there are only bad moments, and everything happens! Anyone who thinks that this will never change, has to know that it is not like that, that bad weather is good, and everything changes! " I don’t bother on trying to change the size of that.
